Congressman Richard A. Gephardt served 28 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, 16 years of which he was elected to the role of House Democratic Leader.  He has run for President of the United States twice, in 1988 and 2004.  Congressman Gephardt is widely recognized as one of the nation's most respected politicians for much of the last two decades. He is an eloquent voice for fairness, justice and opportunity for every American.

OCT 23, 2017 Sylogist’s "Serenic Software" division enters the United States educational market; Acquires K12 Enterprise and Sunpac assets GLOBAL NEWSWIRE

Serenic Software acquired the K12E and Sunpac assets from Jitasa, a private company, for approximately $4.4 million (CAD), payable in cash (inclusive of holdback) of $1.8 million (CAD) and by the assumption of certain liabilities, principally deferred revenue.  Pro-forma, during the last 12 months, K12E and Sunpac generated approximately $3.7 million (CAD) of revenue and $2.0 million (CAD) of Adjusted EBITDA.

Jeff Russell – CEO/Founder Jitasa

Jeff Russell is the Founder and CEO of Jitasa. Previously, Jeff worked at Accenture as a business process outsourcing advisor and consultant for Fortune 500 companies, and at PACCESS, a supply chain services company, overseeing their Asian operations from his office in Bangkok.

Jeff is a Georgia Tech Industrial Engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Yale University.

Alexander Toeldte - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Toeldte is the former President, CEO and Director of Boise Inc. and former chairman of the board of directors of the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA). He also held senior executive roles in global food and building materials companies. Mr. Toeldte served as a partner at McKinsey & Company in Toronto, Brussels, Montreal, and Stockholm.

Glenn Davidson

Glenn has a long past of designing, building, and optimizing operations for the government and the private sector. He has worked as a Managing Director for Accenture Federal Services, offered support to UNICEF, served as Managing Director of KPMG LLP, and aided operations as Senior Vice President of communications and external affairs for Viatel. His education includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University, as well as a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from George Washington University.

In addition to serving Jitasa’s board, he presently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Science Museum of Virginia and the Board of Directors for Create Common Good, a charitable not-for-profit.

Donald E. Packham - Senior VP, HR, TCS Education System

Don currently oversees all aspects of HR for TCS Education System, a system of nonprofit colleges. With nearly 40 years of professional HR experience, Don has experience in talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and executive support. Previously, Don served 5 years as the FBI’s executive assistant director, and 21 years with BP. Don led many HR activities in harmonizing global service delivery through multiple mergers and acquisitions.

Don’s education includes a B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University and M.B.A. from Corpus Christi State University (now a part of Texas A&M). Don is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Dallas Nursing Institute.

Gary Budzinski - Executive VP & GM at CSC

Gary Budzinski is CEO and Founder of Integrity Innovation International, LLC, a private information technology consulting firm responsible in helping his clients achieve effective and innovative use of technology to drive business results. Integrity Innovation International partners with technology and software supplier companies in large scale transformation in information technology, business process and technology as-a-service, and organizational labor transformation to increase sales and improve delivery operations for global services.

In his last position at Computer Science Corporation he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Global Infrastructure services a $4B business unit and officer of the company. Prior to this position he was the Senior Vice President and General Managers of Hewlett Packard $12B Services and Consulting business unit.
